Bottle. Unclear amber with a small but dense cream head. A big whiff of grapefruit at first obscures apricots, almonds and their stones, hints of the barn. A lot of body - almost fruit nectar-like. Layers of stone fruit with a persistent sour note running through. Good flavours very well juxtaposed. You'd assume these people will be back.

500ml bottle shared with Mark whilst brewing an apple saison. Been a while since I've had a Chorlton beer, and this is a great one to come back to. Hazed dull orange appearance, minimal head. Aroma is bright, fresh, crisp, fruity. Taste is super crisp, excellent clarity of fruity flavours, good sour edge with layered wild yeast nuances. Very good indeed.

From 500ml bottle. Pours murky amber with almost no carbonation. Bit of barnyard and rotted stonefruit on nose. This is mouthpuckering in the best way. Very sour, but lingering residual sweetness. I'm impressed. Very impressed. Seek it out and dive in.
