Bottle from fridge with the weird rules at Cider Junction. Goblet. Mostly clear, maybe jellied, amber gold pour. Deep & brown earthy bittersweet, browned apple nose. Mellow, macerated flavor. Bittersweet, macerated sweet keeved flavor. Short oxidation, super pithy delicious more honey sweet than bitter flavor, slight oxidation, peppered. Low carb, whatever abv. Great.

355ml bottle @ Schilling Cider House, Seattle. Pours a misted gold. Nice rich stewed apple, calvados hints, honey.. nice dusty tannic undertones. Very good.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice champagne character upfront, with some brown sugar and crisp red apples. Flavour is simultaneously bone dry and somewhat sweet like a traditional French cider might be, with brown sugar, crisp apples, barnyard funk, and musty cider skins. Great, dry mouthfeel, with plenty of depth. Great stuff.
