A golden blonde cider with aroma of sweet apple juice with light acidity, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice mix of tart apple skins, light acidity, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at Venti’s.

Tap @ Tiger Town Brewery, Mitchell, Oregon. Pours clear pale yellow. Sweet apple nose. Taste is crisp, sweet, clean, fairly straightforward, some straw, white grape. Fine sweet apple cider, but lacking in real cider character.

Taster at Solera. Barely darker than water. Sharp apple aroma. Taste is sweet leading up to a crisp, tart bite. Light.

On tap at Solera Brewing pours out pale straw topped with a ring of a head. Nose is nice crisp apples and a little sweet honey. Taste is more of the nice sweet light apple kick.
