Draught at Wolf in the Attic, Eastbourne. Gorgeous aroma of fresh apples. Literally like drinking Copella - you would have NO idea that there was 6% booze in it. Extremely gluggable but lacking some oomph and bitterness.

Cask at two trees watford. A light hazed greenish yellow coloured pour with a halo of white head that's fades. Aroma is semi sweet, juicy floury apple, pear. Kiwi, light wheat, light pineapple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, canned pineapple, juicy pear and apple, floury apple. Light tang in the finish. White sugars. Palate is semi sweet. Loose wheat, mellow cask condition. Nice.

On cask at The Grapes, pours a hazy blonde with almost no head. Aroma brings out dusty farmhouse funk, crisp apple skins, and some hay. Flavour is medium sweet, with crisp apple skins and subtle farmhouse funk. I'd like less sweetness and more farmhouse character, but this isn't terrible.

BIAB at Ciderdog 2023, Miller London. Hazy pale gold colour, no head and aroma of pulpy apple, fruity. Taste is sweet, apple, core & skin, with fruity acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium fruity acidic finish. Quite drinkable

Bladder Bag, The Royston Broadstairs, 17/03/23. Almost clear pale yellow with no head. Nose is tangy apples, straw, light funk, grains, tannins. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, light funk, vinous, hint of pear, apple skins, tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent.

Draft. Clear pale yellow. Sweet apple, Granny Smith apple, light funk, a hint of Basque sourness, sweet pear, floral, vanilla. Medium sweet. Light bodied, flat, light dry. OK.

From bag in a box at the Plum Tree Beer Shop and Bar, Plumstead, 16.07.22. Clear and very pale greenish yellow. No head aroma and taste of cider apples, pears, pear zest. Lighr mouthfeel. Good!
