Litre plastic tub from Heck's Cider Barn. Drunk on my second wedding anniversary to Sophie. Pours a lightly misty gold, funky wild apple fruit on the nose. Taste is a touch wild, with an appealing sweetness, some distant buttery notes, light woody shades. Good, unusual single varietal.

Bottled and drunk on the train home from the Thanet Cider and Perry Fest 08. That’s got some very drinkable apple juice. Not too much acid or tannin. It’s a pretty mild cider. OK apple juice, with some dryness on end. Yep, fine, quite drinkable, a little sour, fine.
