Cask @ The Pheasant, Wellington, Shropshire. Clear gold appearance, well-appointed white foam. Pale malt nose. Pale golden ale malt to taste, soft textures. Standard Rowton golden ale, which is fine, but no Mosaic hop characteristics present at all.

Cask pint on 16th Sep 2017 in the breweries only pub: The Pheasant, Wellington Shropshire. Golden bodied beer with a white, lasting head. Mosaic hops give the beer a citrusy aroma and taste, bitterness also. Fairly dry in nature throughout.

Cask at the 2017 Chelmsford & Mid Essex Winter Beer Festival. Pours pale gold with no head. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, hop and pine. Light sweetness with medium bitterness. Light body and slight sticky texture. Carbonation is soft. Slight unpleasant edge to bitter finish.

Cask @ Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, flowers, grass, malt and hops. Light bitter fruity finish.
