Tall can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, June 19. Thanks Jeremy once again for this. Pours gold with a light mist, nice frothy pure white head. Aroma is predominantly piney resin. Taste continues with a spruce-focussed resinous sweetness, lacking a solid bitter bite, a little cloying.. needs a little more citrus depth to balance things out.

11th June 2019; Shrewsbury Beer Exchange meeting in Chez Sophie, cheers to me for flying this US Pint can back from California to share with four friends. Poured a clean and clear lager gold, huge white topping of billowing bubbles. The aroma and taste was all about Spruce like aromas and sweet maltiness within the flavours, tempered by a light Spruce hop bitterness for a little balance.

Draught at the brewery after a day at Disney. This had a solid aroma and beautiful appearance, but carried too much malt in the taste and was rather cloying, without hops showing in flavor other than bitterness.
