75cl bottle at cider pairing dinner, paired with smoked duck breast, duck leg and orange bon bon, roasted and pickled beetroot, toasted walnuts and orange puree. Pours misty deep gold. Gentle medium fruit coming through on the nose. Taste is fairly light, with delicate yarlington mill flavours swirling about.. linked up nicely with the orange flavours in the starter.
