75cl bottle at a cider pairing dinner with Ryan Burk, paired with confit pork belly, crackling, black pudding & pickled raisins croquette, fondant potato, charred tenderstem broccoli, carrots, burnt apple puree and cider jus. Pours a lightly misty gold. Distant medium dry apple fruit on the nose. Relatively light body, crisp on the palate with delicate nuances of medium dry apple fruit.
