Nice narrow cider champagne notes on the nose, clear yellow and modesy foam. Flavour is smooth soft apple with meat notes. Not bad, relatively simple.

330ml bottle from National Brewery Centre, Burton on Trent. Pours clear pale yellow. Aroma is fairly sweet apple. Taste is clean, sweet, culinary apple cider, thankfully not overly sugary or sweet, nicely balanced for the style.
