We selected some of our best cider snd left it to mature in oak barrels to give a distinctive rich flavour. We’ve named it after the magnificent Red Oak tree growing in the field next to our orchard.

75cl bottle from Ludlow Food Centre. Appearance - deep red, a bit mahogany or autumnal. Very low carbonation. Nose - sweet red apple as well as stewed green apple. Woody and a bit dank cellar. Taste - yeah, wood, sweet red ales, lightly musty. Palate - medium bodied, tangy sweet and sour. Low carbonation. Dry finish. Persistent. Overall - it grew on me.

75cl bottle from Ludlow Food Centre. Pours a deep varnished gold. Pleasantly deep ripened medium apple fruit. Taste continues, wonderfully ripe medium fruit, a touch dusty, low acidity. Just a great well rounded cider.
