28/10/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear amber bronze with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of baked apple, brown sugar, funky woody notes. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Touch of mucky straw to finish. Quite enjoyed it.

500ml bottle from Orchard Explorers Club. Deep orangey amber colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of sharp solventy funk & mellow apple. Taste is tangy, orchardy, apple, mellow, funky, solventy along with woody spicy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Ludlow Food Centre. Pours a deep orange-tinged amber, thin white ring atop. Aroma of light rosy apple fruit. Taste is moderately sweet, soft tannin, gentle apple fruit, not too complicated but has a nice firm tannin presence. Decent.
