Level 6 bottleshare. Can. Clear deep brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth and fairly dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Mildly tart dark malts, trace of dark chocolate. Raspberry and berries. Light finish. Intersting.

Keg at Fierce. It pours jet black with a small, foamy tan head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, rich roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice, tangy dark fruits, plum, damson, Dandelion & Burdock and rocky road. The taste is rich, oily, tangy, some bitterness, rich roast, lactic, loads of tangy berry, bramble, damson, plenty of salted liquorice, umami and a touch of burnt toast.. Medium body, fine carbonation and slightly oily mouth - feel. Great depth to it. Works well considering its dark and sour!
