Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 21A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch unknown (BBF unknown). AROMA: medium phenolic note (plastic) followed by low hop aroma with a citric presence (grapefruit-like). APPEARANCE: gold color and clear. excessive white head with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium-high phenolic (plastic), followed by low citric hops. medium-low to low background esters (pear-drop). medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low body with excessive carbonation. slight astringency present. OVERALL: an IPA with execution problems.

330ml bottle @ Beer Cascais. Pours a misty golden amber, frothy off-white topping. Pleasant biscuity grapefruit on the nose. Taste presents a light, easy-going grapefruity pale, moderate carbonation, gentle bitterness, some additional fruity citrus shades emerging. Ok.
