BIAB at Crafty Merlins, Darlington. Golden colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of apple, spice, ginger. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, gingerbread, spice with light tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish. OK

Box @ Coracle. Pours misty gold, big ginger nose. Medium-bodied. Vibrant ginger spice, moderately sweet with clean underlying green apple. Entertaining novelty, but the ginger gets a bit much by the end.
