Bourbon BA Chocolate & Cherry Imperial Stout.
Back in July, we had the pleasure of brewing up a monster imperial stout with Damian from Emperor's Brewery. With plenty of sour cherry purée, cacao nibs, 150kg of muscavado sugar, and aged in Heaven Hill Distillery bourbon barrels.

Keg at IMBC 2018, session 2. Pours black-brown with a creamy, tan head. Rich, with subtle tangy dark fruits, bittersweet chocolate, ashy roast. Full bodied, chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming and sticky on the finish, more rich chocolate, alcohol, dried berries. Nice stuff.
