Pulp Fiction is a 4.6% medium sparkling cider, served on keg. It is light, refreshing and clean, made with only the best Herefordshire grown apples, from the Celtic Marshes farm.

Just like its namesake film, we think it is a classic, worthy of repeated showings in your drinks repertoire.

Tap at Mad Squirrel, High Wycombe. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a round, bubbly white head. The aroma is green apples. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a crisp, fresh, juicy apple, light acidic palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet, but not overly so. Very drinkable.

330ml can from Bottlecraft Stoke. Pours crystal clear gold. Light aroma, some green apple. Taste is light, oily on the palate. Clean and straightforward, lacking much in the way of depth and complexity, pleasant medium character with soft real fruit. Thin-bodied, light bitter skins.. sessionable I guess, good festival cider to replace Strongbow.

Keg @ Brewery Shop Emporium, High Wycombe. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich apples, fruits, little sulphur and has a nice sour finish.

Keg at the Chesham brewery Shop. A bright greeny golden coloured pour with no head. Aroma is sweet juicy golden delicious, sugary qpple, simple and straightforward. Flavour is composed of semi sweet eat crisp apple hints of honey,. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Rounded finish.

Keg at RS HW, 21/05/17. Pale yellow with a moderately appointed white head that stays for a while. Nose is sweet apple, straw, light wood. Taste comprises a sharper apple character, grains, green apple skin, moderate sweetness. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying close. Ok cider.
