Peach Be With You is an easy-drinking pale ale brewed for our fall release. The goal was to complement the big stone fruit of Galaxy hops with the bright flavors of pureed peaches. Thomas first unleashed this beer at our Tavern, it had such a great response we had to share beyond the Den. This has to be an expensive beer because everything he makes costs us a small fortune! Every day around here is Christmas for Thomas. We keep getting deliveries of all these really expensive ingredients and high tech brewing gadgets. We finally had to cut up his Amex card, can you feel me, it’s a problem! Drink, enjoy, Dam Good Time To You My Friend!

355ml bottle. Pours a hazy orange-gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Mild aroma of pale malt, peach and weedy hops. Sweet taste of grainy pale malt, peach and piney hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Pretty one-dimensional. Meh.

Good foam with yellow body. Nice carbonated peach aroma. Flavour is good peach juice with a slight grain back end. Medium finish but it could be fuller. I found this tasty.

12 oz bottle. Aroma is peach, perfume, bread. Pours slightly hazy golden with a thick cream-colored soapy head with great retention. Taste is lightly bittersweet, faintly tart from the peaches; peach flavor. Overly carbonated, like champagne. Interesting and tasty.

355ml bottle @ Chez Sophie. Pours an unclear orange, small foamy white head. Aroma has soft, lightly sweet peach syrup. Taste is fairly light with a prominent peach / apricot sweetness, thankfully not an artificial taste, but providing the bulk of the beer character, some pale malts. Yeah, it's a decent, light fruity pale.

Bottle at Tilt Brum; hazy yellow pour with a creamy white head, aroma has peach and some light malts, taste doesn’t quite have the peach in the aroma.

Bottle from Bine & Vine. Pours translucent bright gold with a creamy white head. Aroma of peach and green stuff; might be pine. Med body, at least before the carbonation goes poof. It's very peach/pale stone fruit. It's too juicy, tho not very, to be dry. It's bitter, but seems to be getting that from citrus? Clean and refreshing, not to mention a peach treat.

On tap hazy dull golden. Thin but lasting dense white head and lacing. Mostly a sharp clean fresh hoppy pale but with just a touch of peach sweet flavors. The peach is more prevelant in the aromas.
