26th Oct 2025: 75cl shared with Eric in Eecke. Standard blonde profile, nice enough.
2024: Half after mountain bike event in Hasnon
17th Jan 2018: 75cl bottle from La Ferme Des Recollets, Sainte Marie Cappel. Shared with my father-in-law. Pours a misty gold, medium white head. Aroma has a curious yeasty sweetness. Taste is smooth with a nice blonde character, again some subtle yet interesting fruity sweet notes that mark it out from other such regional blondes. Not bad really.
