With the departure of our "Seasonal" range, we’re looking at building a range of semi-core beers that we tweak and swap ingredients around as we learn and experiment as a brewery. This beer is the first in an ever-evolving series of Session IPAs.
Packed full of Comet and Chinook, this beer has a strong grapefruit nose backed up with lemon and orange notes.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at the Eebria taproom. Pours clear, shining gold with a frothy, pure white head. The nose holds pine needles, lemon peel, straw, grass. Light sweet flavour with a lot of flinty minerality, more peel, grass, some chlorophenolic. It's, husky grains, light astringency. Light bodied with average carbonation. Bitter finish, somewhat astringent, more grass, crunchy pale grains, dry pine needles. A bit mediocre. Maybe a touch faded.
