Bottle bought from the cidery stall at RHS Wisley. Aroma combines sweet pear with a mustiness and citrus streak. Opaque light gold. Bubbly white head soon disappears. Sweet but not overly so. Sour hints in the juice. A lemon but and peelings. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat-average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Nice enough. Just not terribly inspiring.

Bladder bag from their stall at Sandwich food and drink festival, 18/05/19. Clouded pale yellow with a small crown of bubbles. Nose is ripe pear, herb, straw. Taste comprises sweet pear, grass, light spice, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent perry ... good balance with the nettle content.

Box @ GBBF ’17. Pours a misty pale yellow, small bubbly head. Aroma is musty sweet perry fruit. Taste is overly sweet fleshy perry pears, exceedingly smooth with some floral nettles settling on the finish. Ok.
