Keg @ Burning Soul. Pours clear golden yellow, small white head. Light brett influence in the aroma and taste, pleasant citric shades, mild carbonation. Could do with a bit more oomph, but otherwise quite a nice saison.

28th May 2017: on-tap at the brewery; clean and clear golden yellow pour with a wispy white head. The aroma had a semi-sour citrus front with a yeasty twist, taste was also citrusy with yeasty flavours, mild spicey notes in the finish. Brett is not a craving of mine, but this was fine for my palate compared to some Brett brews I’ve tried.

Keg at the Brewery; clear yellow pour with a thin white head, aroma has citrus and light yeast, taste has hints of brett, zesty citrus, a bit metallic, hint of spice.
