Grandpa Evans’ Old Fashioned Kola Wheat is a German Hefeweizen with Kola cubes.
Imagine like a radler. It’s not a pale ale and yes it is supposed to taste sweet and of cola.

Keg @ Ply, Manchester. Pours a murky brownish amber, minimal head. Aroma does possess some rola cola and muddied hefe yeast. Taste is smooth, with noticeable kola kubes.. tastes like someone had dropped a packet in my beer while I’d gone to the toilet and completely ruined it. Doesn’t really work for me.

Tried at the Craft Rooms Lincoln. Hazy Amber brown colour with a thin white head. Aroma has cola caramel. Taste is cola yeasty. Unusual.
