Unfiltered, pale lager beer.
A solid lager beer of the typical Czech type. The slightly foggy colour might remind you of the princess with golden hair, combing her braids in the morning haze. The fundamental taste of the good old times with strokes of ripe apricots and graded gingerbread heart is balanced by the manly bitterness of the hops. We recommend it to the experts and to the advanced ones.

1.5l PET bottle. Pours unclear dark golden with a creamy head. Butter cookies, vanilla, lemon zest, grassy Saaz hops, slightly metallic. Dry hoppy bitterness, malty biscuity sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry hoppy zesty bittersweet finish. Great! Re-rating 9/5/24. 1.5l PET. Pours cloudy orange golden with a big stable fluffy head. Intense lemon and grapefruit zest, resinous hops, vanilla, light DMS, grassy Saaaz hops, bready notes, ripe stone fruit. Hoppy grassy zesty bitterness, some grainy fruity sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily creamy texture, lively carbonated, intense hoppy zesty bitter finish. A masterpiece of Czech brewing art.

Bottle at Beershoppen. Good aroma of fresh bread. Hazy golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour has the same good bready note with a good floral aroma hop. Quite bitter at first but ends on a good creamy note.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a frothy and rich white head with good retention. Classic dusty, Czech hop aroma. Medium body, sweet malts, soft on the palate and then quite bitter, floral hops. Solid craftmanship. 291121

500ml Bottle - Hazy golden/light orange with a white head. Bready aroma with hints of grass, honey and sweet fruits. Bready, grassy and hoppy taste with hay, honey and some slightly sweet fruity notes. Nice but not as moreish as the 10 for me.

(Keg at Pikkulintu Kontula, 20210805) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain, lightly butter and a little bit sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy and bitter. A pleasant brew with clean flavours.

Sweetish with perfume, floral hops and a hint of fruity hops. Robust and complex for the style. Excellent.
