500ml bottle @ Shrewsbury Food Festival 2015. Pours a clear gold. Aroma is sweet, sugary & almost sherbetty. Taste is super sweet, sharp with sugary apple juice, over-ripe perry pears calvados and soft tannins on the finish. Bit too sweet for my delicate tastebuds.
