2 pint jug @ Shrewsbury Food Festival. Pours deep copper, musty apple aroma. Couldn’t pick out any hint of rum whatsoever. Still, a nice mushy apple taste with some faint dusty tannins and a little wood.

Barrel at GBBF 2006. A hazy yellow cider with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of apples and rum - reminds me of a dessert. The flavor is also sweet with notes of apples and rum, but leading to a dry acidic end.

Barrel at GBBF 2006. Hazy gold, no head. Rum, sour, acetone aroma. More appley in mouth than you would expect from the aroma. Rum is there, but not dominant. Sourness is noticeable on end. Not a big fan of rum, but fine.
