BIAB at Welsh Cider and Perry Festival, 03Jun2022, Caldicot Castle, Wales. Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, oaky, vanilla, custard. Taste is sweet, apple, oak, custard, vanilla, with some mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet oaky custardy finish. Quite OK

Draft @ Llandrindod Wells Beer & Food Festival 2014. Pours gold with a floral summer sweetness and great fruity character enriched by the oak conditioning. There’s a subtle cheek-sucking dryness but it’s balanced well making this an enjoyable, interesting summer cider. More great stuff from Andy!
