Keg at Skaal, CPH, 09/05/18. Very lightly hazed golden yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is lemon rind, pissy straw, light funk, grains, bitter orange. Taste comprises floral notes, lemon tinged straw, yeast esters, light white peppery spice, mango flesh, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent saison.

150ml draught, TTO at Skaal. Shared with Skinnyviking. Low patchy surface, misty pale yellow body, dotted spots. Modest ripe lemon nose. Grain-fruity flavours added by herbal hops towards the ending. Mid-sweet fruity endnotes. Average stuff. (Copenhagen 10.05.2018).

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, lemons, hops, spices, and malt, leading to a dry finish.

Skaal. Keg. Big thanks to Jens Ungstrup for the pour. Hazy paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and pretty dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Dry thin malts. Dry floral herb into dry slightly spicy citrus. Tangy dry finish. Classic saison. iE, dry and a bit dull.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen - Yellow pour with white head. Fruity and floral grassy hoppy with some notes of straw, some hay, some lemon zesty citrus notes, medium to light body, light citric spice into the close.

Hazy pale golden color with a frothy white head, medium retention. Aroma has notes of yeast, flowery hops, slightly cittrus. Flavor is yeasty, notes of farmhouse with a light bitterness. Yeasty and flowery final.
