Bottle at Embargo, Phnom Penh. Poured a hazy amber colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, stone fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, mineral, earthy, light citrus fruit palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Definitely the best Cambodian California Common I've ever had at this point - I can say that without reservation. Decent balance. Nice raw grain. Crisp finish. Clean finish.
