Draft glass @ Tochca (Belskogo)– Minsk. Dark brown almost reddish. Nose is wild spice, cinnamon, sweet spice, bread, caramel, spice market. Tatse is spice, dark bread, wild spice, cinnamon, soda, lively, spice rack. Not very Belgian but really liked the dark bread, cinnamon & other spices combo here.

On tap at Tochca (Belskogo), pours a deep dark chestnut brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of cinnamon and nutmeg, with Belgian yeast. Flavour is sweet and spicy, with lots of cinnamon and nutmeg upfront, with lots of candied sugar and Belgian yeast. Not exactly complex, but there is a lot going on here. Too sweet and gimmicky. Not good.

Draught. Dark ruby, Moderate off-white head. Stays as a film on liquid. Smells of spices & dark malts. Light body. Oily. Dry taste with massive spice including ginger. Some toast also. Low bitterness. Was fighting myself to finish this.
