Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish dry, weeds, sour grass, oak, hay, bark, minerals, soda powder, light malts, hints of smoke. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, sorrel, oak, weeds, flowers, soda powder, minerals, fresh wood, light malts, unripe berries, hay, bark, berry skin. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice.

Taste is dry sour-ish, soda powder, unripe berries, sour grass, fruit salt, paper, minerals, sorrel, hay. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Bottle at Saraveza Farmhouse Festival, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light smoke, farmhouse yeast, and earthy notes. Flavour brings out notes of light smoke, biscuity notes and tart farmhouse notes. Not overly complex but it works alright. Meh.

Connecticut Ave. Wine and Liquors, DC bottle: pours yellow with cloud. Head is white. Aroma is lightly smoky. Sour funked taste. Taste is lightly sour. Little burnt. Nice and mellow aftertaste. Pretty nice. Funky. I wish this were more smoky.
