650 ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy straw color with light head. Aromas of lemons, light funk and wheat. Flavors follow same, a little more funky and citrus sour with a bit of salt. Can’t get any smokiness. light and tart.

Bottle, Legacy. Hazy and pale. Aroma is both smoked and tart. The palate has moderate lactic, a bit of yeastiness, delicate smoke, and a nice wheaty character. So it delivers as advertised. For me, this is a nice blend of characteristics that isn’t seen often. Refreshing and smokey.

Coarse white head doesn't last, leaves barely a ring. Clear yellow still body. Funky fruity rhubarb aroma with mealy floral apple notes. Acidic earthy funky taste with apple and old cheese notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy, stillish mouthfeel. Acidic earthy winter apple aftertaste with floral herbal funky notes. Some barnyard, too. Lingering astringent, woody finish. I can drink it, and I can enjoy aspects of it, but overall I can't really say it's a good beer. (0.65l bottle, from Kihoskh, Copenhagen.)

$9.99 bomber from Wine Warehouse. Drinking more because fuck it. Pours pale gold with a giant white head. Aroma is lemon zest, paper, light rubber. Flavor is sour/tart lemon, hint of rubber, wood, paper, white wine zest or whatever the hell it’s called. I’m sorry, there’s not much to this that’s tasty. We’ve given people the right to make beer that’s sour and call it great. This isn’t great. It’s not bad, but it tastes like a beer that’s turned. If this was a wine it’d be poured. But this is intentional. And it’s beer. All of my ranting and raving aside, this isn’t bad. It’s just not good.

Draught@CBC2016. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is floral and fruity notes with some tart wooden notes. Flavour is rather catpissy bittery/acidic notes with some sour wood and mild smoked notes. Not my thing this one.
