22oz bomber. Hazy, unifltered yellow-tan body. Frothy, patchy, white head. Bright sour wheat tones. This is really quite excellent. I think the smoke is a little masked by the bold sour, certainly more a classic golden sour than a gratzer, for example. Has some nice funky barnyard notes, earthy depth. Really good stuff, though I would have loved to see more pronounced smoke tones.

Draught @ CBC 2016. Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, some wood, light smoke, fruit. Flavor is light sour, wheat, yeasty, smoke, wood, little fruit. Medium body, average carbonation, light sour finish. 140516

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. This one has a nice big head, white as such over a near clear paleish golden colored body. Smells nice enough. A little citrussy, bread and grains. A little mild yeast tone,candied white sugar. Nice. Tastes really refreshing, and this is something I could drink lots of. Light oily on the mouthfeel and it's just above average on the carbonation level. Lime and lemonade initially, green lime peel. Light and a little clementine zest in the finish. Tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Copenhagen - pours golden yellow with white head. Medium sour fruity aroma and taste, wheaty, grapes, light floral, tart on the palate, smokey nuances into the finish.
