Keg at If It Ain't Dutch, Bermondsey, 11/01/24. Deep mahogany brown topped with a beige head. Nose is fruit cake mix, toffee, dates, herb, spice, booze. Taste comprises sultanas, brown sugar melt, toffee, stewed fruits, alcohol, figs, raisins. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Decent sipper of no wow offered ... surprised this is only riding at 3.36 average after 25 reviews!

Tap at the bermondsey dutch bar. A clear reddish amber coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is aged, leafy, dried fruits, apple turnover, boozy fruit cake. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty toffee malts, dried boozy raisin, light woody tannin, trail mix,. Lingering warming alcohol. Palate is semi sweet, lihjt tannin, moderate carbonation.

Tap at Frisches. Cloudy dark red, low golden cream. Rum Sultanine nose. Medium full dry body, chewy fruity berry, umami oxidation notes, minerals, dry caramel and pithy hop finish. Surprisingly fresh for its age.

Lõhan nagu quad, linnaseline, belgia pärmine, kommine, magus, karamell, rosinad, nats leivane jms. Maitse on nagu lõhn. Alks ei käi üle, kuigi on tunda. Samas brändit otseselt ei tuvasta. Hea. Mulle sellised magusad belgia õlled meeldivad. 3.8-3.9
