[Copenhagen 2017] 200 ml. draft @ BRUS. Clear golden, solid white. Nose is doughy paper, low white grape. Doughy paper, grainy, litchi fruit, bitter litchi white pepper,… Doughy, paper body, overly so, decent but not great. Great name though.

Draught @ BRUS, Guldbergsgade 29F, Copenhagen, Denmark 2200. [ As BRUS Chug Norris ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, grass, lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity msalt, lemon, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Draught at MBCC first session. Hazy late straw coloured body. Low white lacing head. Bread with citric hints on the nose. Pale malty flavours with grassy hops. Short grain fruity ending. Fine bodied. Pretty straightforward. (Copenhagen 12.05.2017).

Tap @ the brewpub. Hazy pale golden with a white head. Medium aroma of pale malt, some grass and floral hops with some general fruit. Flavor is medium sweet pale malt, some fruit, slightly floral and medium bitter. Medium body and average aftertaste with the bitterness a bit more present. Nice and easy, refreshing and not very complex.

[5/12/17] Draught at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017. Yellow session. Hazy pale yellow. Graininess, slightly vegetal hops, slightly sweetish, bitterish finish.

Tap. Tasted on the 11/05/2017 at Brus (Copenhagen). Free beer anniversary in plastic glass!! Hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of grains, yeast, hay and light malts. Taste is light malty with a light bitter finish. Next one please!

At the source: pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is lemon and grass. Taste is bready and lightly bitter. Nice solid aftertaste. especially nice that it was free.

Draught. Frothy White fauir mostly deminishing head. Greenish yelllow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice pilsner.
