Keg at Barr, CPH, 11/11/17. Hazed golden yellow with a decent off white head. Nose is big on sprucey wood, lemon pissoi, grains, herbal tones. Taste comprises tarte citric sherbets, funk levels, spice, spruce, damp wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok drop for a traditional / sour crossover.

[Copenhagen 2017] Thank you! Sampled draft @ Barr. Hazy orange, creamy white. Nose is weird funky berries, low plastic, chemical funk. Taste is smoked weeds farmhouse funk, sour cabbage, wild berries, funk. Plastic farmhouse funk body. Strange but largely appealing.

Taste is dry sour-ish mineraly, sorrel, hay, pickled cucumber, old cellar, paper, grass, minerals, soda powder, sawdust, fruit stones, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Fair enough.
