Draft. A yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of funk, berries, spices, malt, and yeast. The flavor is sour with notes of spices, herbs, berries, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

On tap @ Pingvinen, Bergen. Pours hazy yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart berries, wet grass and hay. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes, with hay, berries and grassy notes. Dry finish.

Keg at Barr, CPH, 11/11/17. Hazed golden yellow with a decent off white head. Nose is big on sprucey wood, lemon pissoi, grains, herbal tones. Taste comprises tarte citric sherbets, funk levels, spice, spruce, damp wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok drop for a traditional / sour crossover.

[Copenhagen 2017] Thank you! Sampled draft @ Barr. Hazy orange, creamy white. Nose is weird funky berries, low plastic, chemical funk. Taste is smoked weeds farmhouse funk, sour cabbage, wild berries, funk. Plastic farmhouse funk body. Strange but largely appealing.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty and sour. LIght yughurt like. Sour. Mild fruity. Herbal to slight soapy to estery. Fruity and sour finish.

Nice bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, pickled cucumber, grass, hay, old potato cellar, sawdust, paper, weeds, barn, minerals. Taste is dry sour-ish mineraly, sorrel, hay, pickled cucumber, old cellar, paper, grass, minerals, soda powder, sawdust, fruit stones, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Fair enough.
