For a clean, pale and drinkable beer, Kernel’s table beer really is the gold standard. This iteration has a lovely citrusy character, mild bitterness, just enough bready pale malts. Super.

From tap ar the taproom in Bermondsey on a warm summer night 08.07.22. Hazy pale straw colour. Dense and persistent white head and lacing. Interesting and taste of meadows, sorrel, lime peel and pale malt.

Nice hoppiness, easy going as you’d expect, little earthy, bit of brown bread malt. Touch of citrus. Nice.
