Originally at 6.5% ABV now canned at 5.8% ABV. While lazing about remembering the good ol’ days of the great south west… we’ve brewed a big hazy IPA packed full of Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic hops - it’s hazy IPA at its best.

Mild bitterness followed by good fruity esters boosted from a low flocculating English yeast. A cloudy and light malt base helps juice up this sessionable 5.8% hazy IPA that has been hopped multiple times through the process.

ABV - 5.8%
Malt – Pale Malt, Cara-pils, Wheat Malt, Rolled Oats
Hops – El Dorado, Citra, Mosaic

Hop bitterness – Low (15 IBU)
Hop aroma – High (4g/L)
Colour – Hazy (10 EBC)
Drinkability – High

Can. Hazy yellow-golden body, white head. Some oxidation, some fruity, estery notes, lightly citric and tropical. Lean light tart taste, somewhat juicy but very subdued, vague citrus and malt. Eh.

Can. Pretty hazy gold with a white head that fades to a cm. Aroma is vibrantly fruity with oranges and pineapple. Only a little sweet with some crackers behind bright fruit. Low bitterness, slight pineapple astringency that suits it well. Good stuff.

Tap at Hair of the Dog, Phrom Phong, Bangkok. Poured a hazy golden straw colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, mineral, zesty citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a crisp, fresh, light grassy, juicy citrus, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

From a 375ml can on 29/11/2019 (ABV listed as 5.8%). Pours a light hazy golden with smallish head. Has a light citrus fruit aroma with a hint of zest. In the mouth, there some light tropical and stone fruit, with a distinct lemon tang at the end. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. A pleasant and refreshing little beer.
