When our friends at American Solera came to our Oklahoma City taproom in 2018, we brewed a hazy IPA called All Y’all. It was a huge success at our taproom, so we decided to put this beer in 4 packs and kegs and send it out of state as well! All Y’all is dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops and comes in at 8.8% abv.

The Aromas are lots of citrus Hops and pale malt. Flavors are like nose, citrusy sweet upfront with good carbonation and a little bitter at the end. I touched medicinal in the Finish. Okay body. . Decent enough hazy, but not great.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a hazy orange gold with a quickly dissipating finger of white foam. Punchy tropical fruit aromas with citrus, melon, peach and marshmallow notes. Creamy and smooth juice bomb on the palate with loads of honeydew melon, white peach and faint citrus. Creamy and smooth finish with a touch of pepper and pith. Really enjoyable. Great nose.

On tap at Red Apron Union Market, pours a clear gold with some fluffy, white head. Flavor is very flower, perfume, some hand soap. Flavor is similarly floral, herbs, soap. Finishes dry. OK but unspectacular.
