Pouring a heavy jet black color with a dark mocha brown head, Chocolate Pistachio Bark delivers a luxurious and alluring nose highlighted with layers of rich vanilla bean, pistachio bits, chocolate fudge, and subtle dried cherries and raisins. Taking a sip, the palate is greeted by an initial wave of nutty flavors calling to mind pistachio gelato and freshly baked pistachio biscotti. Bold cocoa powder and brownie batter follow underpinned by a indulgent note of vanilla milk shakes. Full-bodied, with a vicious mouthfeel and a silky carbonation, Chocolate Pistachio Bark has a long, smooth, and decadent finish.

Pours black, rather clear. Nearly no head. Smell is full, roasty, cocoa, intense. Sweet impression, no real pistachio's. Taste is full, intense, sweet, chocolate, roasty malts. Pistachio's are hidden, but provide a light touch of comlplexity.

Pitch black liquid with fast dying white head. Flavor of rich, deep chocolate, melted Hersey bars, notes of nuts. Vanilla lingers during and after the sip. ABV is hidden but maybe because it is so sweet. Rides the line of cloying.
