Oh boy, I do feel a little infection in here. Luckily, it is quite mild and the Pils spiciness takes over. Slightly unfiltered, bright yellow colour with a nice frothy, kind of creamy warm head on top that stays a while and creates creamy-foamy lacing. The very mild sourness seems to go away slowly (which is awesome) leaving a grainy cereal nose with light spicy hops. The hops takes more space in the taste with the grain stepping back. Wet mouthfeel and above average body, but not too heavy with the help of a little dry hopness. A decent Pilsner all-around, just wish those tank could get cleaned up to the max.

This pils poured a hazy light yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, honey, bread and grains. First swig was pretty good with flavours of corn, grains and malt. A little hop at the end that lingers.

473mL can, pours a clear pale copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out grass, sweet biscuity malt and subdued hops. Flavour is crisp but sweet, with sweet bready malt, a little caramel and grassy hops. Surprisingly, this is very nice, albeit an atypical pils compared to what I generally like.

Can from Denman LRS, Vancouver; canned in January
Blond colour, hazy, with persistent head, nice perlage. Very mild aroma of malt andd hops. Mooth mouthfeel, but quite simple on the flavour profile, with some bread, wet paper, and light metallic finish.
