Bottle at home, hazy golden beer, large head. Aroma is malt, grass, herbal, yeast, peppery, sweet, bit dusty. Taste is malt, herbal, metallic, yeast, fruit, peppery, very fizzy, meh ok but not great

Almost clear golden yellow beer with a big white head. Aroma of intense herbal malt, yeast, grass, lemongrass. Taste of lemongrass, tart fruits, belgian yeast, brett, high carbonation.

04/02/2018 - small glass shared by tderoeck, 77ships & rubin77 @BAB, Bruges. Straw yellow, no head. Nose is lemon, some yeast. Taste is thin, lemonade, yeast. Not balanced. Needs further elaboration.

F: medium, off-white, average retention. C: milky gold, hazy. A: lactic, citrus, orange, mellow fruity, yeasty. T: vaguely mellow fruity, some dirty orange tones, medium sweet, yeasty, not good balanced, medium body and carbonation. Sample shared with tderoeck, 77ships and Bierridder_S @ Bruges Beer Festival 2018.

Thanks to tderoeck, Bierridder_S & Rubin77. Sampled 750 ml. bottle @ Brugs Bier Festival 2018. The idea of a salt & pepper saison sounds quite interesting actually but this beer is just horrendous but not due to the added ingredients. Ugly hazy orange. Nose is rotting really bad spoiled BE yeast, straight up spoiled,… Taste is just rotting yeast, spoiled, spoiled, chemical,… Rotting yeast & spoiled medication body, really bad.

Very cloudy murky beige brown beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very yeasty, something rotten (dead yeast?), pretty bad, slightly fruity. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bah, lots of malts, grains, rotting stuff, something very unpleasant. Aftertaste: dead yeast, dirty, bitter, unpleasant, bah, really don't like this one...
