04/02/2018 - small glass shared by tderoeck, 77ships & rubin77 @BAB, Bruges. Amber, thin head. Nose is cow fodder, raw malts, rotten fruits. Tase is same. Just as you think it can't get worse. What's in a name?

F: thin, white, not long lasting. C: amber, hazy. A: toasted malt, biscuits, malty, bit smoky. T: malty, toasted tones, yeasty, bit caramel, very raw, nothing really enjoyable, medium body and carbonation, must improve in the future. Thanks to tderoeck, Bierridder_S & Rubin77. Sampled draft @ Brugs Bier Festival 2018. Served from a tiny fermentation vessel pretty cool. Nose is awful all rotting fruit, fermenting malt, spoiled bread & garbage. Really bad smell & less bad taste but still bad like rotting apple cores, spoiled chocolate, bread, garbage,.. Body is rotting fruit & bready malt, real mess.

Pretty cloudy, murky beige brown beer, creamy light beige head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: dirty, infected, sourish, smells like sea water. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: soft roast, malty, grains, yeast, unpleasant, more dead yeast? Aftertaste: bit salty, sourish, infected? Another bad one... :-(
