Half liter corked and capped bottle, 12/26/22, from the Funkatorium. Dark purple, medium off-white head, average retention. Aroma of grape, blueberry. Mild funk and a medicinal note. Taste is blueberry, grape, funk. Vinous, earthy. Very sour. Decent.

500 ml bottle. Unclear red, foamy quickly disappearing head. Red balsamic vinegar, heavy red wine, oak barrel, blueberries, vanilla, hints of tonka, red currant, acetic notes, funk. Acidic sourness, hints of berry sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry acidic finish. Very complex and lovely fruited sour ale.

Appearance: Amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Tart, vanilla, blueberries, acidic.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Blueberries, vanilla, tart, sour, vinegar, citrus.

SBWF 2019. Amber with a small head. Aroma and taste of vanilla, blueberry and some citrus. Quite tart and with a medium body. Quite nice.

Keg at SBWF 19. Clear amber colour, mid sized head. Tart vanilla aroma. Acetic with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Vinegar, lemon and blueberry pie.
