13/02/2011 - 33cl bottle @ Koets 27b (2011-53)
Clear blond beer, pouring back some beer in the bottle, do some proper shaking (not like the waiter did) and then pouring in the yeast it becomes pretty cloudy. Soft aery white head, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet malts, hint of caramel and toast, some yeast, basement aroma's (fungus). MF: ok carbon, light to medium body. Taste: some hops, some malts, in all pretty dull. Aftertaste: some hops, a little metallic, faint citrussy. Again very dull and boring. Why go through all the effort of having your own house beer if it has no taste?
