20/I/2012 - 33cl bottle @ Backdoor (Gent) - BB: n/a (2012-66)
Little cloudy blond beer, lots of sediment floating around, small white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: bit sweet, candi sugar, yeasty, cheesy character, coriander. MF: ok carbon, light to medium boy. Taste: citrus, some pineapple in the start, a certain unpleasant sourness, very spicy, I'm guessing coriander, bitter lemon peel, citrus. Aftertaste: lemon, little bitter, spices.
