Organic buckwheat beer with off-white, firm head and dark chestnut colour. Dried figs in the nose, grains, dough, sour cream; faintly sweetish onset, low fruitiness, grainy and dryish, a bit tart and even a bit astringent in the finish; too much sourish buckwheat. I have yet to taste the first truly enjoyable dark organic beer.
