1/V/14 - 75cl swing top bottle from the brewery @ ThirstyBird's place - brewed: 4/II/14, bottled: 24/III/14 (2014-458)
Clear orange beer, big aery off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet and fruity first, grains, malty, bit soapy, metallic impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very grainy, malts, reminds me of a UK style Pale Ale rather than an American one. Bit sweet, hint of marzipan, dry bitterness. Aftertaste: bit sourish, dry and spicy, hoppy, reminds me more of European hops than US hops in all honesty. But correct brew, nice and hoppy.
