1/III/14 - 33cl bottle from Limburgs Bierfestival 2013 @ home - BB: VIII/2014 (2014-234)

Clear dark blond beer, nice thick creamy white head, stable, adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, floral, coriander, some citrus, sweet sugary notes, lots of banana yeast. MF: lots of carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of banana, tastes a lot like a German Hefeweizen. Some citrus, bready malts, yeast, wheat touch (is there really wheat in it?). Aftertaste: still lots of banana, soft hop bitterness, some spices, coriander, ginger, cloves, dry spicy ending. Not bad. Gotta love the banana yeast though! "You're the banana king, Charlie!"
