Imported from my RateBeer account as Boelens Xpère Grote Cru (by Boelens):
Aroma: 6/10, Appearance: 4/5, Taste: 7/10, Palate: 3/5, Overall: 12/20, MyTotalScore: 3.2/5
14/IV/15 - 75cl bottle from Limburgs Bierweekend (Hasselt) @ home - BB: 13/III/16 (2015-439)
Little cloudy purple brown beer, creamy white to off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very soapy, sugary, sweet, floral. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, floral, very soapy, caramel, bit sugary, more soap. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, soapy, floral, bit sourish, dried fruits, some caramel, little spicy, some chocolate. Complex enough, but not really convincing.
